What information do you need to prepare a quote?
The loading and unloading points, the type of cargo, the weight/volume (or container type), the loading date and any special conditions (reefer, guaranteed vehicle, ADR). With this information we come back with a price the same day.
Do you carry groupage (LTL) cargo?
Yes. We handle groupage loads both on international road transport and by sea (LCL). We have weekly regular services.
How do I find out where my cargo is?
An operations officer is assigned to every shipment. En-route and delivery updates are sent regularly, and in urgent situations you can reach us regardless of the time zone.
Do you provide reefer (temperature-controlled) transport?
Yes. On international road transport we handle both full and groupage loads with reefer vehicles.
Do you support customs and documentation processes?
We provide consultancy and follow-up for the preparation of import, export and transit documents and for obtaining the necessary permits.
Which routes do you serve for livestock transport?
From all ports of Turkey to all provinces; abroad mainly Iran, Iraq and Qatar. Aircraft and vessel supply is also arranged when required.
